Dating to the 1920′s 30′s era, it is not signed but of designer quality ~ the metal has the nice style of gold tone metal that Miriam Haskell is known for, leaves, and set with faux glass and rhinestones in colors of chyroprase/garnet/coral/turquoise and green rhinestones, nice weighty set, the only flaw I can find is one ear clip is not as tight and snug as would like it to be but could probably be easily tightened by a jeweler.  The brooch has a dragon on the dangling part that comes up to the main body and the dangle could easily be removed to wear just as the main body of the brooch for pin or pendant, the locking clasp is in good working order. Incredible workmanship and design.  Set has an oriental flair, The brooch measures 3 1/2″L, the earrings measures about 1 1/4″L.  The weight of brooch is 32.3, earrings are 27.9 grams.
